Pricing questions
Why is pricing not listed?
Because the honest number depends on your call volume, how many locations you run and how complex your service menu is. We would rather quote you properly on a 20-minute call than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for your salon.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is included for standard salon onboarding. Complex multi-location builds are quoted separately, and we tell you before you commit.
Is there a contract?
Month to month is available. Committing for longer gets a lower rate. Either way we tell you the terms before you sign, not after.
What happens if it does not work for us?
You will know within the first month. We would rather you leave than stay on something that is not earning its keep, and we will say so if we think that is the case.
